Short audio notes you record in the app for someone else in your household. Dory plays them out loud at the door, at the moment the recipient can still act on them. They can be practical ("Swimming today, bag is in your room") or personal ("Good luck with your presentation", "I love you").
Yes. When you create a memo, for yourself or for someone else in your household, you have two options: record a short voice note in your own voice, or type the message and let Dory's AI voice deliver it. Voice notes feel warm and personal; typed messages are quicker and use the voice and language each person has chosen in the app. Either way, the memo is delivered at the right moment: when you (or the recipient) pick up the keys.
Yes. You can address a message to a specific person, and Dory will play it only when that person picks up their keys, not for anyone else. You can also leave it for less specific recipients, like "the first one to come home" or "the last one to leave the house", so the message reaches whoever fits the moment.
Yes. Anyone in the household with the app can leave messages for anyone else. It's two-way communication at the front door, with no group chat clutter and no missed notifications.
Texts arrive at the wrong time: two hours early or two hours late, buried under other notifications. Dory delivers the message at the only moment that matters: when the person is at the door, keys in hand, and can still act on it.
Of course. Messages aren't only for logistics. You can leave a "Good morning, I love you" for your partner, a "Good luck" before a big meeting, or a "Look under the pillow, there's a surprise" for when they come home. Dory plays it at the perfect moment, whether they're heading out or just got back.
